HTML

HTML (Hypertext Markup Language) is the standard markup language used to create web pages. It provides a means to describe the structure and content of a document, using a set of markup tags (<,>) and attributes.

These tags and attributes are used to define the layout and structure of the document, including (but not limited to);

HTML documents are typically viewed in a web browser, which reads the HTML code and renders it into a visual format, such as a web page.


CSS

CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) is a stylesheet language used for describing the presentation of a document written in a markup language (such as HTML).
